when click Q&A button the popup box shows incomplete on service

Power bi has Q&A button, through clicking on the button and then showing the popup box, it is fine on desktop but looks problem on the service/apps . The popup seems normal, but when i check some conditions, the chart looks incomplete.

Does your issue you met is the result in service different from the desktop?

Please consider clearing your cache and cookies. Sometimes, cached data can cause unexpected behavior.

Sometimes, changes take a moment to propagate. Try refreshing the dashboard by navigating away from it and then returning to see if the Q&A feature starts working.

When you encounter incomplete charts, double-check the underlying data and any applied filters. Incorrect data or filters might lead to unexpected results.

Thank you for the details.

I cleared the cache and cookies and then retested the Q&A feature on service but still having the same problem. I can make sure dataset doesn't have any complex calculations that just used simple data. When i want to query the "Total for the month of Dec", it displays in full in desktop, but doesn't work on service.

when i look up december total in desktop it display normal.

but incomplete card display on service

Since the popup is small, it doesn't show up all the way when i look up the december total.
