I have tried a couple of times since last week, with different browser (edge, chrome) and in normal and private mode but I cannot import a json file to create a new dataflow in power bi service (I did it succesfully like 2 weeks ago on the same laptop, browser and account)
Does anyone experience the same issue?
Thanks,
P/s : the json file is the one I exported from power bi service, in which I modified the code.

Thanks @v-kaiyue-msft I did redownload another flow json file, modify and did the upload and it worked this time. I guess I did something wrong last time which caused the file didn't want to upload 🙂
