getting this error while refreshing in powerbi service, how can i rectify this issue?

Hello...we are experiencing the same error sporadically over the course of a year and cycling the VPN associated with the gateway resolves  but not permanantly.  Have you resolved the issue and what specific action was taken?  Thank you!

Hi  @Mathanika ,

You can check the following steps:

1. Check whether gateway service has started.
2. Check gateway version to the latest.
3. Check your firewall whether deny gateway.
