I have a user who is one of the Workspace Admins (owner) and they can not see ALL of the reports inside the workspace.
I verified that thier view was not filtered, that they did have Admin (Owner) rights that they have the proper licensing, and even examining the "Manage permissions" of one of the missing reports, the user is listed as having "Direct Access". Any ideas on how to fix or remedy this?
Thanks,
- Nick
I have the same issue. I am a workspace admin, and could not see a report that my colleague could see. What I figured out is that it's actually an issue of not being able to scroll down to see all the reports within the workspace in Microsoft Edge (also happens in Chrome). So all I did was sort my content by "NAME", and then the report did appear finally, because it was not visible before, and after I sorted from z to a, I could see the report. So the issue was not an access issue, but rather that it's not possible to scroll down to see all your reports (if a lot of them are within the workspace) within the workspace. Seems like something that should be fixed or made more intuitive for people.
Have you been able to solve this in the mean time? I have a similar issue.
Hi @Fromiester ,
Please check if the user has the same domain with you, for example, your account is A@domain1.com, the user's accout is B@domain2.com, you two are not in the same domain, or you can send the bellow link to him to verify .If the user is an external user, and has been added to a guest user, after he sign in his account, he still cannot see the workspace. In this case, you should directly share a report link to him, and he can see though the link.

@Fromiester That's an odd one. You could check the Issues forum here:
