Why change the card label on the BI service?

Hi everyone, in the BI desktop this chart show me the same value of the axis but when i posted this report on the BI service, change the card label!! Why happens this?

Well, i didn't received help about this.

Currently i changed by the bar chart and no problem, but the problem continue when i use the other chart.
