A few days ago, my datasets unexpectedly stopped updating with the CosmosDB data source and a parameter in the PowerBI Embedded service.
I get this error:
Syntax error, invalid token '$'.. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. Table: Assignments.
If you try to update the report with this dataset using PowerBI Desktop, then everything works
Microsoft support indicates a possible problem reading the Schema parameter, this does not solve my problem yet. The code itself, where this parameter is specified, looks like this:
#"Filtered Rows" = Table.SelectRows(#"Expanded Document.$v.createFiles.$v1", each ([#"Document.$v.schemaName.$v"] = ""&Schema&"")),
What could be wrong? After all, it worked for a long time
hi, @prokhorovd
I have tested on my side, but not reproduce the issue. And I also searched for a long time, but not find any similar documents or post.
If you only have this issue for Power BI, I would submit this as a support issue. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
Best Regards,
Lin
