Underlying data not showing all data only single cell value.

Hi All ,

I have created a Power BI report and source of data is Azure Synapse .

I have published the report to Power BI service and enable the option to download the underlying data. but when I am trying to export the data from Power BI Desktop then its showing me granular data but when I am trying to download the data from same view from Power BI service its showing me only total cost or single cell value after downloading it.

Please suggest if I am missing anything or how to download all the data

Hi @Negi

And currently the power Bi semantic model will not export all the data as you requested. It will only export the data shown in the visual that you have rendered.

Hi @GilbertQ ,

Any alternate option to acheive this goal. Actually some of users needs Row wise details for which they have access. I tried to create a paginated report option as well but my file getting hangged since it contains millions of rows data. and I want to add approx 20 columns in the view as some of user want this data on daily basis view.

if you can suggest me any option for this.
