We have configured the subscribe to email in that so for we have seen PDF and PPT format , is that available in Excle format to attach report.

It doesn't matter. A matrix can have 1 billion rows behind it. The options are PDF and Power Point. If users want the underlying data, they will need to use Analyze in Excel, or you can go a longer route and create a DAX query against and XMLA Endpoint, extract the data you want via Power Automate, format that into a CSV file, and send that to the users. That has size limitations as well, but if your data is small it will work. If you need assistance with that, the Power Automate forum is the best resource.

i have couple of reports done with only "table & Matrix " visualizations. hence
looking for under subscribe to email is that avilable excel format.

MCSA: BI ReportingNo. Some datasets are multiple or even hundreds of Gigibytes in size and wouldn't fit in Excel, much less be able to be emailed.
