Hello,
I am unable to attach the full report to an email subscription to a report that I created, in a workspace that I created. The option is greyed out and when hovering over it you get "Upgrade to PowerBI Premium to attach the report". I currently have a premium per user license on my account. I created the subscription and am only emailing it to myself. The workspace the report is in was also set to premium license.
There is this thread, but with no clear solution other than stating when using premium per user you can only subscribe and send it to yourself, which is the case for me:
Any other ideas as to why this option might be greyed out stating the licensing isn't valid for it?

Hi. Well the docs specify that you can attach pdf or ppt with a PPU Workspace for other ppu members. First, make sure the workspace hosting the report is under PPU capacity. Then if you are adding other subscribers, make sure they have PPU too. If the other subscribers are external users (outside the organization), then it's only a Premium Capacity feature.
