Tooltip does not show prior periods in PowerBI Service after adding new line

We have a line graph that shows sales by line of business for the last 13 months (June 2022-July 2023). We added a new line of busines in April 2023 and the tooltip appears in our PowerBI Service for months April 2023 through July 2023, however the tooltip does not show when hovering over sales from June 2022 - March 2023 prior to adding the new line of business.

Oddly, the tooltip shows for all months in the desktop version. Just doesn't appear in the PowerBI service. I searched the internet but had no luck.

Any guidance?
