We have built an one-page report and navigate to different visuals via the boomark navigator. The bookmark navigator works correctly in the Power BI Service as long as the site is not refreshed.
For example, there are 5 bookmarks, the first bookmark is selected while publishing the report to the power bi service. After initially opening the report in the Power BI Service, the first bookmark is selected and the corresponding visuals are shown. After navigating to bookmark 3 (or any other than the first) and refreshing the page, the last selected (in this case bookmark 3) bookmark's visuals are displayed but the first bookmark is selected in the bookmark navigator.
So there is a mismatch between the selected button in the bookmark navigator and the displayed visuals after refreshing the site.
Is there any way to solve this issue?
Thanky you,
Katharina
Thank you for your feedback.
I am not allowed to publish images of the original report, but I created a dummy report:
1. Initially opened report
2. Bookmark navigator works correctly
3. After refreshing the website the mismatch appears:
Visual of Bookmark 3 is shown but Bookmark 1 is selected.
Thank you for your suggestion to use the page navigator, but this does not work for our report due to implemented drillthrough functions. We need to have all the visuals on one page.
Any other suggestions?
Best regards,
Katharina
Hi @Katharina710 ,
It would be good if you attach some images. Try same thing with page navigator create pages instead of bookmark and while publishing hide all the pages expect main.
Hi @Viswa ,
I have added some images in my last comment. Do you have any other suggestions?
Thank you,
Katharina
