Scheduled refresh taking longer and longer or failing with out of memory error

Look at the difference in times - what was taking 2 minutes a few days ago is now either not completing or taking 10 minutes. Obviously MS servers are overloaded and there doesn't appear to be any direct way to report this to MS. The datasets haven't been modified. 

Here's an example of one error:

Processing error:	There's not enough memory to complete this operation. Please try again later when there may be more memory available.

If refresh is erroring out and not succeeding I suggest checking out the support page to see if there is a known issue in your region

Checked that before posting - no issues.

Fixed by deleting existing report from Power BI Service and republish from Desktop.

What a joke.
