Hello, I'm using Premium P3 and schedule refresh twice a day through the on-premise data gateway.
It is successful normally, but sometimes refresh is failed due the following error. Can someone help to fix this?

If the refresh fails occasionally, it may be caused by insufficient memory or machine space allocation. You can check it.

I have upgraded the gateway to version 3000.86.1 (June 2021), but I'm still getting the same error.
This is the error code after the upgrade.

We recently had this problem as well and the fix was to upgrade the gateway.

I have updated the gateway to the latest version but still having the same problem. I'm getting the same error message. Can you help please?
I'm using 3000.68.15 and will update gateway to see the problem is fixed 🙂
