Save App workspace into my workspace

Hi there,

1) Is there anyway that user can connect to App Workspace from Power BI desktop or Power BI Service create its own pbix and save it to My Workspace?

2) Access my organization data model from My Workspace and create a pbix file and save it in my workspace?

Except your account, no one can get content from your own workplace(called My Workplace) in Power BI Desktop, and create pbix and publish it to your own workplace

You could create an App Workplace in Power BI Service, then add these users as members who have the permission to edit the content in this workplace.

Thus, these users can connect to that App Workplace which they belong to and create pbix and publish to their own workplace(My Workplace, not yours) or the App Workplace.

if you are a admin or a member who can edit the content of the App Workplace, you can connect to App Workspace from Power BI desktop, but when publish the pbix to Service, it would be published to the App Workplace by default, not My Workplace.

Which do you mean the organization data? Does it refer to organizational content pack or Apps?

You could get organizational content pack from My Workplace, then make a copy, thus you can connect to it from Desktop.

(3)can I access my corporate workspace from my workspace?

If you mean get data from App Workplace from My Workplace, i'm afraid it is not possible.
