Reports with Live Connection in Service Showing Timestamps in UTC vs Local Time Zone

I have recently created a simple report in PBI Service using a one-table semantic model from a Lakehouse in a Fabric Workspace.

The report is showing price by timestamp, however the timestamp is showing as UTC vs CST, which is my local time zone. I've seen other posts suggesting to use DAX to manually offset the UTC date by a fixed number. I'm curious if there's a simpler solution put in place that is less manual and that would dynamically account for daylight savings as well.

Thanks!

Hi @ethan_bolick

Unfortunately, when using the date time in the Power BI Service, it will always use the UTC date. You will have to put in one of the other solutions where you offset the date by fixed number.
