Hi. I have shared a report to 4 participants from other companies. But in one of them the report only loads. Nothing else happens.
This person uses Chrome and his colleagues can access the report normally and have no problems. Only for her the report does not load.
I have already revoked and reissued the approval. Even a new report does not change the problem. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

Can you verify whether this user can open other reports shared by other users? Or try to open the report in other web browsers?
