Wanting to use the full unichar function symbol set but looks like it is a subset of what is available for power bi desktop.
For example; The New Moon Symbol Emoji (127761) is mentioned throughout the forum but all I get is a placeholder square in report builder. Folks have been using the new moon symbol for traffic light indicators. Medium Black Circle (9899) which also does not work for me in report builder. Am I doing something wrong or is this a known issue?
Dax query works in daxstudio for those symbols so yes it must be missing functionality from report builder.
The workaround is to use Black Circle (9679) and blow up the font size.
