One of my report was not able to be refresh. So I tried many things and I noticed that if I publish the same report in another Workspace the refresh works. The 2 workspaces have the same settings and the same gateway. Here is the error message:

I know that you are indicating the workspace is the same, but what about the report? Are they both using the same Data Source and same Gateway settings? Are they both using the exact same owner? Are the reports truly "identical" or does one have some different filters (particularly, but not necessarily in the "13021sorter prodrun" table)?

The reports are exactly the same. I published the report in the first workspace and in the second workplace within the same minute.

The error message on the one that does not work states invalid credentials, when you look at the settings for that dataset, under the "Data Source Credentials" is there an error there or is there one of the sources that has a message?

Hmmmmmm, this is getting curiouser and curiouser.... 🙂
And, you have manually tried to refresh again and it fails again or does it work sparadocally? (Knowing that the other one version works fine.)
Another thought - if the other uploaded version works fine in a different workspace and this one doesn't (for some as of yet unknown reason) have you tried just uploading from desktop and overwriting the one on the Service?

For the past 2 weeks all the manual refresh that I tried didn't works. I tried at least 20 times yesterday by changing a lot of different things... I tried few minute ago and it worked!!! I don't understand ☹️
So my problem is solved but I can't say how! Thank you
