Question - Embedding Report Data in PowerPoint

Hello All,

I am hoping can any help me understand why the ability to embed the dashboards and reports in PowerPoint presentations is restricted. I get asked quite often if this feature can be made available which would go a long way in preparing updated slides for weekly meetings. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Ynr0225 ,

To use the Power BI add-in for PowerPoint, users must either have access to the Office add-in store, or the add-in must be made available to them as an admin managed add-in.

Please reach out to your IT team or system administrator for further assistance, to make sure you have the right to install add-ins for Office and there are no network or security policies blocking you.
