I am facing a problem with Q&A. It is enabled in the settings of dashboard and the datasource of the dashboard is excel file locally stored. the dashboard itself and reports behind it are running fine but when i try ask questions via Q&A no result is shown even for simplest measures like total sales.

The problem seems to be in the browser. I was using Google Chrome, tested it with Mozilla Firefox and it works. Now I have uninstalled the Chrome and reinstall it, everything is working as before.

I'm having the same trouble. After my custom dashboard quit working I tried working with a couple of the provided samples (retail, customer profitability and marketing) and they are showing the same behavior. Based on that test, I think the problem might be with the Q&A service and not an issue with your dashboard.

Same for me, and I didn't have problem before.
As the precedent post said, it's probably an issue from the server ... wait and see.

I also didn't have any problem before. The behaviour is same for sample dashboards and user dashboard.
Lets wait for a reply from Power BI team.
