We are on the PowerBI Pro subscription. Only using 25MB of our 10GB in storage. In the past week, we have started to get random problems with scheduled refreshes where they are timing out. Not all of the refreshes are timing out and it is not the same ones all of the time. The error we are receiving is:
In addition, we are seeing much slower times in reports refreshing even if doing it manually on a particular report.
The gateway and service for the gateway is not having any connectivity issues. We have even done a complete removal of the gateway and a fresh install (we are on the latest version), and the problem persists.
What is odd about this is in this period we have not added any new reports nor has the size of our datasets changed much at all.
So we are at a loss on how to prevent these timeouts from happening.
Please try to recreate the data source in "Manage Gateway".
