Privacy Setting Error

Hello All,

I have a report with 2 API sources and 1 SQL database source. The all of the sources are set to an organizational privacy level. I have am recieving this error in PowerBI Service:

I have set the privacy levels on both service and desktop to different level many times but nothing seems to work.

I have found to just double check that all data source settings in the Power BI Service are set to Organizational?
