Hi,
In PowerBi-service we have multiple dashboards for an specific user account. For example we have 6 dashboards for department A. All the agents of this department using the same login for the dashboards. For department B the same but they have 3 dashboards and use another login.
The problem is that when the agents are logged in, they have all the options a pro or premium users have. Like change gateways, dashboards connections, passwords etc.
What I want: when the agents are logged in, all they see are the dashboards. Thats it.
What is the solution for this?

Hey @Tinus1905 ,
try to provide your data to your users using App. Giving access to workspaces (it sounds so) is not recommended for end users.
You can add different reports into one App and create different audiences within the App.
Maybe it could solve one or two difficulties.
Since they have all the permissions to adjust your tenant then this is certainly due to the permissions of the login user.

Hi,
Please provide only viewer access to them.

I think the most important part of that is the question "do your users have access to their data in a comfortable way now"?
Are you happy with this approach?
Reagrds
Yes they do. And of course I'm happy with it.
