PowerBI dashboard sharing

I am reaching out to you for PowerBI sharing feature. I have Power BI pro license and wanted to know the procedure if we want to share our Report or Dashboard to external user or domain.

Hi there

You can share it with an external user by typing in their email address.

Just a note that the user are sharing with will have to either have their own Power BI Pro license, or you will have to allocate them a Power BI Pro license to the guest account in your Active Directory users.

You can use planned or ad hoc invites  to invite  external user to  access organization  resource. Guest users only require invitations the first time you invite them to your organization. 

 

Ad hoc invites:

Planned invites : 

service-admin-azure-ad-b2b planned-invites
