PowerBI Service visual error while working good in desktop

Cant Display the visual error with details below:

on visuals in powerbi Service for reports using direct query connection to a dataset in another workspace.

This error does not show up if the report is opened in PowerBI desktop and if the report is published in the same workspace as the dataset.

Already tried optimizing the measures used but issue still occurs.

issue is also intermittent, sometimes it shows up whenever the refresh visuals button in the browser is clicked.

We are not using direct query connection to a dataset in another workspace and no gateway is configured.
