Power Bi not rendering on Safari Version 17.4.1

Hi, I'm experiencing an issue when opening PowerBi in Safari (Version 17.4.1), the page is not rendering, I can logg-in but the page stays white. I tried using Chrome on same computer and it works, it also works on Safari in Private window. Any ideas what is going on?

Hi, @alesmoravec

You can check the following areas:

In addition, you can also focus on the following case. in this case there is a similar situation with you:

Hi @hackcrr,

Thanks for your message, unfortunately nothing works for me...

Hi, @alesmoravec

Being able to work properly in Chrome on the same computer, as well as in Safari's private browsing window, usually indicates that the problem may be related to some specific Safari settings, plugins, or caches. Here are some possible solutions:
Some plugins or extensions in Safari may not be compatible with Power BI, causing the page to not load properly. You can try disabling all plugins and extensions in Safari's preferences and then reopen Power BI to see if the problem is solved.
Especially if you have previously installed ad blocking or other web content filtering plug-ins, the filtering rules of these plug-ins may affect the loading of Power BI.
Safari's cache and history can sometimes cause page loading issues. You can try clearing Safari's cache and history, and then reopening Power BI by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Site Data. "Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History & Site Data and select Clear History & Site Data to confirm.
If none of the above methods solved the problem, you can try resetting Safari settings to default. This will clear all customizations, plugins and extensions. Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Dev > "Reset Safari..." and select the options you want to reset.
If possible, try logging into your Mac with a different user account and then open Safari to see if Power BI loads properly. This can help determine if the problem is related to your specific user account settings.
