Power BI home page layout

There is a toggle function in the home page of Power BI Service which enables end users to choose between an expanded or a simplified home page layout. The simplified page layout removes the 'Featured' section and we have published a number of relevant content in there. Can the Page Layout toggle function be removed somewhere by an admin (e.g. in the tenant?) so that the expanded layout is available without the possibility to alter it?

Unfortunately, there is no option to disable changing of the Home Layout. You may request it as a feature here:
