Hey All,
Since Yesterday, All of our reports in the premium capacity are loading so slowly or not opening.
However the data refresh works fine
Does anyone has an idea?

Do you still have this problem now?
Is there an error message when a report cannot be opened?Are you making sure your network environment is stable (to avoid loading timeouts due to network signals)? If you've ruled out network effects, consider whether your capacity size is close to the size you purchased?
At the same time, you can use metric app to mointor which part leads to report loading slowly.

Something that may help is turning on Query Caching for datasets if it is not already on, you can find this setting under "Datasets" from the setting menu:
Covering the world! 9:00-10:30 AM Sydney, 4:00-5:30 PM CET (Paris/Berlin), 7:00-8:30 PM Mexico City
