Hi and appreciate some advice on costings. I am preparing/maintaining a dashboard for a charity, on a voluntary basis, however what do they need to do in order to share this dashboard within their organisation with as minimal cost as possible? Can they review it on my PBI server account, or does at least one person in their organisation need to have a Power Pro account (at a minimum) to share within their organisation should they not want the dashboard on my server? Thanks very much.

Hi @Anonymous ,
There are four ways to share this dashboard within their organization with as minimal cost as possible.
Trials last for one or two months. If you don’t purchase the upgrade at the end of the trial period, your license reverts back to free or Pro, depending on which you had before starting the trial.

With P Premium SKUs, anyone, whether they're inside or outside your organization can view your Power BI content including paginated and interactive reports without purchasing individual licenses.

@Anonymous
Gald to hear that you are supporting a charity mission!
As per the license terms, every user is supposed to have a license to view the shared report, it could be Pro or Free but under any Premium tiers. Your license is supposed to be used only by yourself. You reach out to Microsoft support to check if any arrangements are available for non-profit and charity organizations.
If your data is not confidential then you can share using Publish to Web: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-publish-to-web
Also, Microsoft provides grants and discounted solutions to eligible nonprofits, please check:
