Personal Bookmarks No Long Work

Hi everyone, about 2 weeks ago we had personal bookmarks stop working on just one published report.  All other reports saved to the work space are not experiencing any issues.  We have tried to republish the report to a new workspace, and have refreshed in place and the issue is persisting.  We have also validated that the settings for persistent filters is deactivated.


If anyone has ideas or steps on how to rectify this issue, we would be very grateful.

@GilbertQ , thank you for the reply.  We have tried to both publish to a different workspace as well as overwriting the report in the same workspace and the issue remains with this one report.

Could it be a report setting then in Power BI Desktop?

It does seem unusual that this is happening to 1 report only?

 

What happens if you had to try and re-upload the report to a test app workspace. does it then work correctly?

 

If that does maybe you need to overwrite the existing report, it should keep the personal bookmarks.
