PBI - Slicer works in desktop but not in service

I have a slicer (the new style from Nov 23 update) that is populated with a field parameter, and another of the same style populated with a dimension table.  Both work fine in PBI Desktop.  Both worked fine in the service up until yesterday, when they seem to not respond to any mouse clicks.  I've double checked that no other visual is covering the slicers.  Other (old drop down style) slicers still work fine on the page.  Any idea why these would all of a sudden stop working?

We have reported this issue and submitted it to the product team.
They have been aware of the issue and the engineers will do their best to resolve it. I will update here if there is any progress, so please be patient.
