Hi,
My dataset has been refreshing perfectly for the last 3 months, but for the past 3 days it will not refresh.
The dataset is refreshing from dataflows, which is in a workspace with premium capacity. The dataset is in a workspace without premium.
It's only in the service where the error occurs. If i refresh through PBI Desktop and publish, there is no problem.
Dataflows is also refreshing without problems.
Anybody who experienced the same issue?

Thanks for the information 👍
I'm also refreshing locally and republishing, but this isn't durable.
It works if the setup is a dataflow and dataset in same workspace without premium capacity
Seems like it's an error in PBI service, when dataflow is in a premium per user workspace and dataset is in a workspace without premium.
I hope that PBI support will come with an answer today or tomorrow.
Support has responded, below was the sugested solution
but its not working, informed same to microsoft and waiting for next response
Thanks for posting the issue!
It was just coincidence that this happened in one of our datasets that don't require daily refreshes, so we were slow in testing the problem.
Have you perhaps created a Microsoft support ticket already?
I've created a MS support ticket yesterday, so hopefully they will answer soon.
Same issue here also,
The dataset is from dataflows, which is in a workspace, with per user premium trial.
the dataset is in a workspace without premium.
for the last few days,
it not refreshing on powerbi online service manualy or when scheduled.
Working around now by republishing the data set
Same issue here, also started on January 15th.
We are considering options on how to solve this, but refreshing locally and republishing is obviously not optimal for an extended period of time.
Exact same use-case and issue that your described.
First failure received on January 15, 2021 11:30 UTC and has not worked since. Currently I am working around it by refreshing the dataset locally then republishing it to the workspace.
