On-premises data gateway error in power bi online connection

I installed the On-premises data gateway error in power bi online connection on my windows 10, 64bit pc

the installation was ok

when making the connection to my mysql bank, the errors in the photos below appear

I'm filling with the same data the connection of the power bi desktop see:

Hi. First thing of all. Have you installed the mysql provider in that windows 10 machine? You need to install the same small component that Power Bi Desktop needs to connect and restar the gateway machine to start using it. Then you can add the conection to service.

Just to be sure, do you have any proxy on that windows 10?

I don't have any proxy on my internet

what else is going on?

I already disabled antivirus

firewall

reinstalled several times ..
