Dear Xiaoxin,
What I´m doing. I have pro test account (12 month test account). I was always sharing dashboard with user (they have also pro test account) outside our domain, with success.
But when I share a new dasboard the users see only the followings:
they click on the inviation and Power BI shows only a blank page
If the click on Q&A then they see menu and if they click than they can open and see part of the dashboard.
Therefore I do not understand if there is any IT issue or access issue.
They also do not see my dahsboard in the shared folder
They do not receive any error message.
Thank you for your help.
