We were excited for the new subscription management functionality, but now when we look for subscriptions in one of our workspaces, we only see 1 of 2 that we know exist. We have looked as the admin as well as the user who created the subscription and don't see it either way. The subscription ran as recently as 4/5/22. Any thoughts?
Solved! Go to Solution.
The problem is that subscriptions created from a workspace's app are evidently not supported, and nobody from the product team ever thought to mention this. They still haven't responded in the announcement blog post. They do not seem to care at this point.
Subscriptions created from a Workspace's app must be manageable by the Workspace's admin.

Ugh! I hadn't been back to the original blog post recently so hadn't seen all of that conversation. I have no idea where the subscription was created (app vs. workspace), but the user who created can't even see it now. I tried creating a test subscription with an expiration date, but I can still see that, so my guess is that this is probably an example of the app subscription gone missing. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
Could it be that the subscription has expired, as you can specify start and end date for the subscription? If you dont see it in the management, it shouldnt exist.
also check the audit log, if somebody deleted it?

I thought about that, but this particular subscription should not be set to expire any time soon, it's relatively new. I've set up a test subscription to see if it disappears after the end date. We'll see how it behaves. Thanks for the suggestion!
