Hi @titusissam ,

From the introduction about LOOKUPVALUE function:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dax/lookupvalue-function-dax, If there is no match that satisfies all the search values, a BLANK or alternateResult, if supplied, is returned. In other words, the function will not return a lookup value if only some of the criteria match. So please make sure the two columns have matched values. Or the data type of the two columns is different, there is a case in this scenario you can refer to https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/LOOKUPVALUE-returns-blank-value/td-p/140486.

Could you please share your formula or sample data screenshots for further analysis? You can also upload sample pbix to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.

Best Regards,

Amy
