Licensing option for Lower Environment

We have a requirement where the data source for the organization(AAS) is on 3 environment(seperate tenant)

user@abc.com

user@abcuat.com

user@abcdev.com

We have a P1 at abc tenant.

Now we want to let user test report in abcuat tenant.

Could someone suggest what are the different options that are available -

Considering we can move AAS model to Premium capacity later in lower env (Not very large models)

  1. Having a separate premium capacity and buying extra PPU/Pro licenses is one of the option.

Is there any licensing option that MS platform for setup of lower env.

Also if someone can confirm who have done a similar setup using Azure B2B integration.

Hi  @sdc_07 ,

If you want to access the content of another person’s report, users of Planned invites or Ad hoc invites need at least a pro license. Otherwise, you need to purchase premium. Free users can view the reports stored in premium, but it can only be viewed, not operated on this report.

Hi  @sdc_07 ,

You can also use planned invitations to turn accounts of different organizations into guest users, and then pull them into the workspace.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-azure-ad-b2b#planned-invites

Give this guest member permission, this user can enter your tenant, access the reports and data sets inside
