Is dataflow slower on non-premium workspace?

I previously worked on a Premium workspace and used Dataflow quite frequently to do transformation. Then I started working on Pro workspace, and I noticed that dataflow processing time when creating the steps are significantly slower. Is there a difference in resource or loading time when applying steps in Dataflow between Premium and non-Premium workspace?

Hi, @moonlit337

Yes, there is a difference in the resources available to Dataflow in Premium and non-Premium workspaces. Premium workspaces have more powerful hardware and more resources allocated to them, which can result in faster processing times for Dataflow steps. Additionally, Premium workspaces have access to features like dedicated capacity, which can further improve performance.

However, it's also possible that there are other factors at play, such as differences in the size or complexity of the data being processed. If you're experiencing slower processing times in your non-Premium workspace, you may want to consider optimizing your Dataflow steps or upgrading to a Premium workspace if performance is a critical factor for your work.
