External Sharing with E3 SKU?

Can you share an App with an external email in E3 like you can in P1? I've searched for the comparison of these two capacities and whether it is possible in E3 to share with an outside the org email, but having no luck finding resource. Please help! thank you,

Hi @SeattlePowerBI 

 

When using an E3 capacity this is for when you are embedding into an external application. This is how I understand it from a licensing perspective.

 

If you wanted to share externally from within the Power BI Service you could use a Power BI Pro or Premium / Premium Per User capacity works too.
