Error when trying to refresh dataset in power bi dataset

I'm trying to manually refresh my power bi service dataset and I suddenly get this error. Someone know what could be wrong? My credentials are correct...

Hi @Anonymous ,

At the prompt of the error message, verify that the credentials specified for the SharePoint source are correct and still valid. In addition, test whether it can successfully refresh the dataset in the desktop.

It works fine to refresh in desktop, but not in the service.. I've tried to log in again in both desktop and the service but without luck

@Anonymous, I'm having the same issue, did you find a solution?

I had to disable incremental refresh in one of my tables in desktop app. Then it worked

Hi @Anonymous ,

I think you can also create a support ticket for further support.

Hi there

Could you go into the data source settings and update the credentials?

It looks like a possible issue is that your password has changed?
