My Dashboard has not refreshed according to the schedule this morning. It is 8:30 and it should have refreshed at 6:00 & 7:30 but it hasn't.The Dashboard has not changed, there is no refresh failures, e.g with the gateway.
Is there a disruption is there someone who to contact???

What's your data source? Could the known issue on Power BI Support mentioned by gooranga1 above be related?

I believe this was the issue.
How do I sell a 'coud first' stratgey to my users when there is an unplanned outage, not widely communicated, to the service. Not good. Shame on you Microsoft.
