I have a scheduled dashboard that goes out Monday Morning at 8:30am EST. This dashboard has been running for several months with no issues. This morning one of my users was trying to access the dashboard and all she is getting is a blank screen. I thought it may be localized to her but after completing the below troubleshooting steps with her I reached out to other members of the team and they are all having the same issue. I am the only one who can see the dashboard. I have made no changes to the underlying data, or report.
Troubleshooting steps taken:
Cleared internet cache
restarted machine
closed and re opened browser
tried to view from a secondary embedded location
User View as of 3_9_2020

Is this only for one dashboard or all dashboards?
In addition to the troubleshooting, I would suggest you also try the following:
1. update browser version, try others browsers
2. check your workspace roles for the team members
3. reset the RLS roles if you have used
4. check the dataset/datasource, and filters, The underlying data could have changed causing the filters to produce blank results.
5. republish the pbix from desktop.
