Custom visuals have been disabled by your administrator

I am trying to use the Stacked Chart by Akvelon 1.2.3 on one of my reports.  But the visual won't load in the power bi service.  I get the message "Custom Visuals have been disabled by your administrator".  And i am the PowerBI service admin, and doublechecked that we have the following settings enabled:

Add and Use Custom Visuals - Enabled for the entire organization

Allow only certified custom visuals (block uncertified) - Enabled for the entire organization - i disabled this but got the same error.

Please help.

It would appear that the Custom Visual is not certified that is why you cannot use it?

Thanks for the reply.  It is odd though, as i have toggled the "allow only certified custom visuals" ON and OFF already.  I just sent an email to Akvelon and asked what they think about it.

Yeah that is other odd, I would expect it to work.

What if you had to wait say an hour or so and see if it then works?

You are right, i changed the setting and i waited for at least an hour and the visual finally came up.  I asked the vendor though why their visual is not certified.  I would feel safer if they get it certified.

Happy you got it working, sometimes things take a bit of time in a cloud service!
