Chinese characters on metric visual of power bi

Hi, 

I created a new metric in my report in english vision, but the metric showed Chinese character. 

I've checked regional format of control panel, there are not any setting pro

I tried again according to the method you gave and it still doesn't work.
I also UNINSTALLED my POWER BI APP, REINSTALLED. Same problem.😢

Can you go to Power BI Service(app.powerbi.com) and go into the "Settings":

To check the Power BI Service language is "English":

This setting has long been "English".

Oh, this is strange,it works  in my test side. For your problem, I recommend that you open a support ticket for in-depth troubleshooting.

If you are above a Power BI Pro licensee, you can create a support ticket for free and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you.

It would be great if you continue to share in this issue to help others with similar problems after you know the root cause or solution.

For this , you can try to go to the "Options" in Power BI Desktop:

If that doesn't help you resolve the issue, you can try uninstalling and downloading the latest version of PowerBI Desktop.
