Cannot refresh data after publishing to service

I have a dataset that takes files from a google sheet and smartsheets. I then published to the service. I tried to refresh and get this error:

Data source error: Scheduled refresh is disabled because at least one data source is missing credentials. To start the refresh again, go to this dataset's settings page and enter credentials for all data sources. Then reactivate scheduled refresh.

 The "data source credentials" section of settings on the dataset is greyed out so I cannot add the credentials. How do I update the credentials so that it can reconnect to the google sheets document I am working with

the problem is that I cannot update the data source credentials because it is greyed out when I go to options

@patricky15  - Make sure the below setting is turned on in gateway setting.

Also, you need to update the data source credentials in service>>dataset >>setting.
