I have a formatted measure in my details under reference labels (using FORMAT measure). The measure works just fine in Power BI Desktop, but when I publish the report, the measure is removed and I just get the '--' displayed.
When I try to re-add the measure, the visual breaks, saying: Can not display the measure right now. All formating options are no longer shown and removing the measure does not fix it.
This is also happening to other reports I published before, that were working fine until a few days ago.

To fix it as a temp solution, you need to remove the arrow or any other text and format the detail measure result to numbers.
