Azure Private Link and Block Public Internet Access - Error 403

I have enabled the Azure Private Link for Power BI, but I am unable to Block Public Internet Access.  Is anybody else having this issue?

Admin Portal -> Tenant Settings -> Advanced Networking -> Block Public Internet Access

And do check if you have administrative rights!
