Aggregate columns in export Underlying data

Hi All,

In report backend has 24 columns (included 5 aggregate columns(A,B,C,D,E) "default category is SUM")

I am using B aggregate column in report.

In export underlying data contained 20 columns. Only B aggregate column was present. Remaining 4 columns were excluded from underlying data in that report.

Why?

we can't get all aggregate column in underlying data without used in visual?

Hello, Power Bi export functions just add the text columns and the used ones in the visualization. If you want to export something different to that you have to approches:

1- Create a table visualization in a page to export columns you have selected previously.

2- "Edit Report" on service, then click on "See Records" in visualization. You will see the default columns to export, add the the four you don't have and then export. This won't keep saved.

Regards,
