404 error occurs on user photo

A 404 error is encountered on app.powerbi.com for the following request:

Request URL: https://wabi-australia-southeast-redirect.analysis.windows.net/powerbi/resource/userPhoto/?huid=

Request Method: GET

Status Code: 404 Not Found

It means that the your account which is used to sign in Power BI Service has no photo. You can check my testing result below.

An account without photo:

I navigate to https://app.powerbi.com/ and sign in.

Once there, I look at the network traffic (through Chrome, Fiddler, etc) I can see the 404 response:
