hi i'm looking at a dataset on our ssrs server. i dont see any friendly way to look at the underlying query. i have sa. how would someone look at the query and any other properties that arent visible?

You could download the shared dataset as a .rsd file and open it in either Visual Studio or just open it in a notepad.

You can see it in power bi report builder:
In the Report Data pane, expand the Datasets folder, and then double-click on the dataset you wish to examine. This action opens the Dataset Properties dialog box.
In the Dataset Properties dialog box, you can see the query in the Query box.
